Chef Share was born out of an opportunity to help colleagues in restaurants connect with skilled, trusted individuals and team who coule provide experience to fill gaps and provide more hands during surge periods we all face in the industry.

After years of working in restaurants followed by owning and operating a successful restaurant , my interests have turned to teaching the next wave of young talent entering the profession.

Along the way, experienced a different view of the challenges with involvement in the nonprofit worled where we were constantly challenged to find short term help to fill the need in surge-like periods.

From all this came the idea of creating a platform / an app to match the need of restaurants with the availability fo reliable help who may want to jump on a shift or a short tems project to supplement what they currently have.
